Many nights are still unbooked on the day they happen, and once midnight passes an unsold night is worth nothing. Invisible Hand checks each connected property at times you choose. If tonight is still vacant, it adjusts that night's calendar price by a percentage you set, and never goes below the price floor you set for the property.
You stay in control: nothing changes on any calendar until you have reviewed and activated each property. You can pick the local trigger time per property, lower prices (or raise them on higher plans), skip Friday and Saturday nights, and track adjustments and the bookings that followed them in a dashboard.

Review and activate
For each property, check the Trigger schedule (the time and percentage), the Lowest price we’ll ever set (your floor), and the Timezone.
Confirm each property’s timezone. Activation stays disabled until you do, so a rule can’t run at the wrong local hour. “Confirm all timezones” does them in one click.
Adjust the percentage or floor if you want.
Click Activate on a property, or Activate all. The confirmation shows the lowest floor across the properties you’re activating.
