Whenever we detect a new listing under your account, a new property is created.

By default, we use the internal name of your listing on the booking channel as the name of the property.

Note: the name will not be automatically updated if you update it directly on the booking channel. Instead, you can change the name of the property manually.

To change the name of the property:

  1. Go to Properties.

  2. Click on the selected property.

  3. On the new page, click on the name of the property on the top of the page. This will allow you to transform the name into a field that can be edited.

  4. Edit the name.

  5. Click away to save the name.

If you want to change multiple property names to match their current listing names on the booking channel, you can reset the names of your properties from the Settings.
