By default, we determine the language of the conversation based on the language in which your guest is viewing your listing.
However, if you currently have the setting Prioritize the language of the conversation enabled, the language detected by our system will be based on the guest's first message to you by default. This means Hospitable will use the message template in that language (if available) for all automated messages sent to the guest. If you don't have a template in that language, our system uses the Fallback language defined in your Settings.
You can override the language of the conversation detected by manually changing it within the message thread.
At the top of the thread page, beneath the guest name, Click on the language dropdown selector.
Select the preferred language for this conversation.
All future automated messages will be now sent in the new language.
