What are Active Properties?
An Active Property is a property which meets the criteria for inclusion in the monthly billing at Hospitable.
It does not refer to a property being Muted or Unmuted!
Each subscription plan has a number of included Active Properties with the option to have more at an extra fee.
Note: The base subscription fee will always be charged, even if you had no Active Properties during the billing period, or fewer than the "included" number.
How is an Active Property determined?
How an Active Property is determined depends partly on the subscription plan you have with Hospitable.
Active Properties on the Host subscription plan
The Host plan includes one Active Property, with the option to add an additional one for $10 per month. The maximum number of properties allowed on the Host plan is two.
On the Host plan, an Active Property is one which:
Has a check-in during the billing period.
Has Hospitable's Dynamic Pricing feature enabled.
Active Properties on the Professional subscription plan
The Professional plan includes two Active Properties, with an unlimited upper limit at an extra cost of $15 per property.
On the Professional plan, an Active Property is one which:
Has a check-in during the billing period.
Has Hospitable's Dynamic Pricing feature enabled.
Active Properties on the Mogul subscription plan
The Mogul plan includes three Active Properties, with an unlimited upper limit at an extra cost of $30 per property.
On the Mogul plan, an Active Property is one which:
Has a check-in during the billing period.
Has Hospitable's Dynamic Pricing feature enabled.
Active Properties on the Legacy subscription plan
The Legacy plan includes two Active Properties, with an unlimited upper limit at a dynamic price (starting at $8 per property, which gradually gets lower).
On the Legacy plan, an Active Property is one which:
Has a check-in during the billing period.
Has Hospitable's Dynamic Pricing feature enabled.
Is added to a Direct booking website.
This is a dynamic price, starting at $5 per property.
Where can I see which properties were active and which weren't?
You can see which listings you were charged for, as well as the estimated amount of your upcoming invoice based on your current activity, directly from your Hospitable account.
View Upcoming Invoice Amount
Go to Settings (the gear icon at the bottom left)
Click on Subscription
At the top of the page, you'll find details about your current plan and next invoice
View Your Active Properties
Go to Settings (the gear icon at the bottom left)
Click on Subscription
Click on Active properties
By default, we show all listings on your account. You can use the filters on this page to select only properties with an Active Status.
Also, by default, you'll see the details for your future invoice estimate. You can navigate to details about a past invoice by using the dropdown menu at the top right.
