When a guest contacts you for the first time, Hospitable creates Guest Insights. This section is located at the bottom of the conversation thread, right in the inbox.

If a guest lives within 100km (approximately 62 miles) from the listing, a local guest badge will be displayed, along with the approximate distance. Airbnb sets the location on the guest profile and passes that to us.

Some hosts may find this information helpful, as the nature of a booking may be different for a local guest. For example, local guests may be more likely to hold parties or gatherings at the properties they book.
