There are two different iCal links you can share with your team which they can subscribe to from their own personal calendar app (e.g. Google Calendar).

The Teammate's iCal feed only shows tasks assigned to a particular teammate. Each calendar event imported by the iCal includes the following information:

  • Task name

  • Task start and end time

  • Listing address

  • Task type

  • Assignee

  • Primary user’s email

  • Property name

  • Reservation code

  • Number of adults

  • Number of children

  • Task notes

  • Teammate name

The Property iCal feed shows all reservations at a particular property. This can be used if you'd like your teammates to see all reservations even if they're not assigned to the tasks linked to them. This type of iCal feed is also commonly used to integrate with third party tools. The calendar events from this feed includes the following information:

  • Guest name

  • Reservation dates and times

  • Reservation code

  • Property name

  • Guest phone

  • Guest email

  • Number of adults

  • Number of children

  • Number of infants
