When connecting your Booking.com account you will be asked for the Accommodation ID of the property or properties you want to connect.
Where to find the Booking.com Accommodation ID
There are two places where you can find the listing's Accommodation ID on the Booking.com Extranet:
On the Group Homepage
This page displays the listing Accommodation ID for all of your listings.
On the individual listing page.
You will find the Accommodation ID at the top of the page, right next to the name of the listing.
Accommodation ID room number
On Booking.com
A listing on Booking.com has a general accommodation ID. Under each listing, hosts can have one or more "Rooms". Each one of these rooms has an individual calendar and accommodation ID ending.
If you navigate to the "Calendar" page on the Booking.com Extranet, you can see that your listing's calendar ends in "01", but your accommodation ID doesn't.
🚨 When connecting your Booking.com listing to Hospitable, do not include the "01" or other ending in the accommodation ID you provide during the connection flow!

On Hospitable
Once your listing is pulled into Hospitble, we will always display it on the property Overview page with the room ID suffix attached.
So, while an accommodation ID on Booking.com might be "7534819", Hospitable will show "7534819 01" on the property Overview page.
If you have more than one "Room" under the same accommodation ID on Booking.com, Hospitable will show the relevant accommodation ID suffix for each listing ("02", "03", etc).
