How to get to individual property pricing settings:
Go to Properties.
Click on the property name.
Click on Pricing in the submenu.
Listing Markups
Set up individual markup rates per individual listing. Read more here.
Primary rate plan - Booking.com only
If you have more than one rate plan on a listing, a rate plan will be selected by default. Review which rate plan is selected, or choose a different rate plan for Hospitable to interact with. Hospitable will only interact with one rate plan per listing.
Security deposit
Set deposit amounts for Airbnb and Direct. Airbnb deposits will be shown at booking, but need to be collected off-platform.
Occupancy based - all platforms
Extra guest fee: Added per guest to the base price above the number of guests included.
Guests included: How many guests are included in the base price.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum guests allowed to book, based on the property details on Booking.com.
Fees
Imported from Airbnb. Changes to fees on Hospitable won't be pushed to platforms, and are limited to Hospitable's Direct bookings feature.
