Build your own Direct business with Hospitable using our customizable websites and widgets, vet your guests, get damage protection, process payments and collect taxes, list your properties on Google Vacation Rentals, and more.

Direct hosts have two main options:

  1. Direct Premium: our full-featured solution is available to hosts with properties in the USA (including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands), Australia, and the UK (including Isle of Man and Jersey). Additional areas will be coming soon. Premium allows hosts to process payments, create a Hospitable website or use a self-hosted one, accept bookings with chargeback protection, vet guests, and receive US $5 million worth of damage protection.

  2. Direct Basic: available to hosts wherever Stripe is available. Basic allows hosts to use Stripe for payment processing, control payouts, and build a site on Hospitable (or use your own self-hosted site with our available widgets).

*Hosts outside of these areas can sign up for Direct Lite, which includes a website/widget, but excludes payment processing.

Note: Direct is available to users on the Professional plan and those on a subscription that started on April 30, 2024, or earlier.
