The “New reservation” event messaging rule is sent whenever you get a new booking on any of your booking platforms.

Use this messaging rule to thank the guest for booking your property for a stay, and share any information that they might need.

Note: if you set the timing of this messaging rule to a “Delay”, and you manually reply to the guest before the message is scheduled to be sent, the message will be cancelled.
