Often called a “First morning” message, you can use the “After check-in” messaging rule to check in on your guest and make sure they settled in okay. It’s a nice way of checking in on them to make sure they are all set for their stay and offer your assistance with anything they might need.
The message can be set to send out at the time of check-in or with a delay after the check-in hour.
