If you decide not to take on a property, introduce the owner to us.
We’ll spend time understanding their goals, expectations, and what they’re looking for in a property manager.
Then we’ll connect them with a few top-performing Hospitable property managers who are actively looking for that type of owner or property.
As a thank-you, if the owner ends up working with another Hospitable property manager, you’ll receive a $500 credit on your account.
The $500 credit is available for the first 5 Hospitable customers who refer owners that commit to work with a Hospitable Property Manager by March 31, 2026.

While we're not the best fit for your property, I'd love to introduce you to Emily from Hospitable. Hospitable works closely with property managers (ourselves included) and can help connect you with a property manager that's a better match for what you're looking for.
We'll follow up with them quickly to learn more about their goals for their property, and share the opportunity with a fellow customer whose portfolio it would be perfect for.
