What is the Property Manager Marketplace?

The Property Manager Marketplace connects you with experienced, local property managers who who can help you achieve your rental goals.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day management, want to improve guest reviews, increase revenue, or simply take a more hands-off approach — the Marketplace helps you find a vetted professional who's the right fit for your goals.

Unlike generic directories, every property manager in the Marketplace is an active Hospitable user evaluated on real performance data — including guest reviews, response times, channel coverage, and more.


How do I submit a request to get matched with property managers?

You can access the Marketplace in two ways:

  • In-app prompt
    You may see a pop-up introducing the Marketplace if we detect that additional support could be helpful for your properties.

  • From the Help Center
    1. Click the ? (question mark) icon in your account to open the Help Center
    2. Select Get matched with top-performing Property Managers

From there, you'll be guided to a short intake form.


What does the process look like?

1. Tell us what you're looking for

Select the properties you want help with and share your goals — such as maximizing revenue, reducing your workload, improving guest experience, or a mix. You'll also share:

  • Your preferred level of involvement

  • Your budget or willingness to invest in property improvements

  • Any other specific preferences

2. We find qualified property managers

Once you submit your request, we search for property managers within a 30-mile radius of your properties. Each candidate is evaluated based on:

  • Guest review ratings

  • Response time and reliability

  • Channel coverage (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Direct)

  • and more

Only managers who meet our quality threshold are included.

3. Property managers express interest

Qualified managers receive an overview of your portfolio and goals (not your personal contact information). They can then choose whether to express interest in working with you.

4. Review your matches

Ater 24 hours, you'll receive a curated list of interested property managers. For each candidate, you'll see:

  • Portfolio context and managed properties

  • Performance highlights

  • Their marketplace profile and bio

You're in full control — there's no obligation to move forward with anyone.

5. Choose who to connect with

When you find someone who looks like a good fit, we'll facilitate an introduction — sharing contact details on both sides so you can connect directly and discuss next steps on your own terms.

Can I choose who I work with?

What information is shared with property managers?

Managers receive a general overview of your portfolio, property locations, goals, and any preferences you shared during intake. Your personal contact details are only shared after you've selected a match.

What if I don’t receive any matches?

In some cases, matches may be limited based on location or availability. If that happens, you can try again later or adjust your preferences.
