What is the Property Manager Marketplace?

The Property Manager Marketplace connects property managers with owners seeking support in managing their rentals.

When an owner submits a request, we identify and notify qualified property managers in their area — giving you the opportunity to express interest and grow your portfolio.


How do I become eligible for opportunities?

To receive opportunities, you must be on the Mogul plan.

Once you're on Mogul, you're automatically considered for matches when owners in your area submit requests — no additional setup required.


How does matching work?

When an owner submits their request:

  • We look for property managers within a 30-mile radius.

  • Each manager is evaluated based on fit and performance

  • Only managers who meet the criteria receive the opportunity

If you're selected, you'll receive an email with details about the owner and their portfolio, and you can choose whether to express interest.

Managers who respond sooner may be prioritized when owners review their options.


What happens after I express interest?

If you express interest in an opportunity:

  • The owner may choose to move forward with you

  • If selected, an introduction will be made so you can connect directly

There’s no obligation — you can choose which opportunities to respond to.


How can I increase my chances of being matched?

While you don’t need to take any action to start receiving opportunities, there are a few things that can improve your chances:

  • Maintain strong guest reviews

  • Respond quickly to messages

  • Expand your channel coverage

How can I see how I’m presented to owners?

You can customize how your business appears within the Marketplace:

  1. Go to Operations

  2. Select Your Business

  3. Click on the 'Open Marketplace Hub' link in the first tile to open your profile editor.

You have the ability to:

  • Update your Bio and contact details

  • Define the services you offer

  • Review your marketplace quality score

Owners will see your profile when reviewing potential matches, so it’s a great place to ensure your information is up to date.

Do I need to apply to be included?
No — as long as you're on the Mogul plan, you're automatically considered.


Why didn’t I receive an opportunity?
Opportunities depend on location, portfolio fit, and overall alignment with the owner’s needs. Not every request will be a match, but new opportunities will continue to come in over time.


Does responding quickly matter?
Yes — property managers who respond sooner may be prioritized when owners review interested candidates.
