How do I access it?
You can access PMM in two ways:
In-app prompt: You may see a pop-up introducing the Marketplace if additional support could be helpful
From the Help Center:
1. Click the ? (question mark) icon in your account to open the Help Center
2. Select Get matched with top performing Property Managers
From there, you’ll be guided to a short intake form.
What does the process look like?
Getting matched is quick and straightforward:
1. Tell us what you’re looking for:
Select the properties you want help with and share a bit about your goals, budget, and preferred level of involvement
2. We find potential matches:
We identify qualified property managers in your area based on fit and experience
3. Review interested managers:
Property managers can express interest in working with you, and you’ll receive a curated list to review
4. Choose who to move forward with:
If someone feels like a good fit, we’ll make the introduction so you can take the next step together
What happens after I submit my request?
Once submitted, we begin reaching out to relevant property managers.

* After 24 hours, you’ll receive a summary of all interested managers
* You can review and select who you’d like to connect with — there’s no obligation to move forward
