When you make a Direct booking, you’ll receive a series of emails that guide you through each step, from submitting your request to confirming your stay.

This article explains the different types of emails you may receive and what they mean.

Overview of Booking Emails

Depending on your booking, you may receive:

  1. Booking request confirmation

  2. Guest verification request (if required)

  3. Booking confirmation
