You can use it to:
View your booking details
Complete required tasks before your stay
Manage payments (if applicable)
Contact your host
The Guest Portal is mainly used after your booking is confirmed. It is not used to complete the initial booking.
How to Access the Guest Portal
You can access the Guest Portal in the following ways:
From your booking confirmation email using the Manage my stay button
From a link shared directly by your host
Booking confirmation email with a Manage my stay button linking to the Guest Portal
What You Can Do in the Guest Portal
View Your Booking Details
You can see:
Your stay dates
Property details
Booking summary
Cancellation policy
Complete Required Tasks
If your host requires additional steps, they will appear in the Guest Portal.
These may include:
Guest verification
Signing a rental agreement
Providing security deposit details

Manage Payments
Depending on your booking, you may be able to:
View your payment summary
See upcoming scheduled payments

What You Cannot Do in the Guest Portal
Complete the initial booking payment
Confirm a booking request that has not yet been accepted
Access the portal before receiving a confirmation email (in most cases)

Why You Might Not Have Access Yet
You may not be able to access the Guest Portal if:
Your booking has not been confirmed yet
