Initiate the connection on CS Outsource

  1. Register your account: https://www.csoutsource.com/

  2. Login and go to Integrations in the sidebar.

  3. Click on Connect to Hospitable.

  4. You will be redirected to the Hospitable login page (if you aren't already logged in).

  5. Review the permissions and click Authorize CS Outsource.

  6. You will be redirected back to your CS Outsource account.

How many days back does the integration sync?

The integration pulls all reservations currently returned by Hospitable's API — there is no date cutoff on our side.

How quickly does the integration sync? Is it instant?

  • Properties & Reservations: Fetched live each time you load the page. When you open Properties or Reservations, you're seeing data that's at most 60 seconds old. Hitting the Refresh button forces a fresh pull.

  • Conversations / Messages: When you open a conversation thread, messages are pulled live from Hospitable. The Conversations view also polls for new messages every 30 seconds by default (configurable — you can set it to 10s, 15s, 30s, or 60s). So if a guest sends a message, your team will see it within 10–30 seconds depending on the polling setting.

  • Contact Sync (CRM records): When you visit the Conversations page, a sync runs that pulls all reservations and creates/updates Contact records in the CS Outsource CRM. This maps each reservation to a guest profile with pipeline tracking, notes, and activity logging.

Messaging

Can my team send messages to guests through CS Outsource?

Yes. When your team opens a conversation and types a reply in CS Outsource, it's sent directly through Hospitable's API. The guest receives it through whatever channel they originally messaged on (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) — exactly as if you'd replied in Hospitable. The message also appears in your Hospitable conversation history.

Does CS Outsource replace Hospitable's automated messaging?

No. Hospitable's automated messages (check-in instructions, review requests, etc.) continue to run independently. CS Outsource is for your human team's manual responses — the ones that require judgment, context, and a personal touch. Both systems coexist without conflict.
