Integrating Hospitable with Emerald Coast By Owner (ECBYO) gives property managers an easy way to distribute their vacation rentals to travelers searching across Alabama and Florida’s Gulf Coast. Once connected, ECBYO automatically syncs your property details, photos, amenities, availability, and pricing from Hospitable and displays eligible listings across its network of destination-specific community sites.
Guests can check real-time availability, receive a quote, and then complete their booking on ECBYO.
You need to connect a payout method in your Hospitable account, which then activates your Direct plan.
The property does not need to be listed/published on a Hospitable Direct site. ECBYO creates the property page for you on their platform.
Where are the reservations managed?
The reservations are managed in your Hospitable account.
When a guest completes the checkout and their payment is processed successfully, you will see the booking request in your Hospitable inbox. You can then accept or reject the request.
You can alter/cancel the reservation and send/request money from the guest all within the conversation page in Hospitable.
How do I get paid?
It depends on your Hospitable Direct plan.
Direct Basic - Funds are sent to your Stripe account.
Direct Premium - Funds are sent directly to your bank account.

Get started on ECBYO
Create Your ECBYO Owner Account
Visit https://owner.emeraldcoastbyowner.com/ and fill out the registration form. You'll receive an activation email — click the link to activate your account.Purchase Your Listings
Log into your ECBYO owner dashboard and select the number of listing slots you'd like. These are the properties that will be displayed on the ECBYO network.Connect Your Hospitable Account
From your ECBYO owner dashboard, go to the Integrations page and click Connect with Hospitable. You'll be taken to the Hospitable login page (if you aren't already logged in.
You are logging in directly on Hospitable's website. ECBYO never sees or stores your Hospitable password.Approve Access
Review the permissions, then click Authorize Emerald Coast By Owner. You will then be sent back to ECBYO.Select Your Properties
If you have more properties in Hospitable than listing slots you purchased, let our team know which properties you'd like displayed on ECBYO. You can do this during the setup process or by emailing [email protected].You're Done
Our team will review your listings and get them live on the appropriate ECBYO community sites. You'll receive a confirmation once your properties are published.
