How Direct Reservations Behave
Once confirmed, Direct bookings:
Appear in your inbox like any other reservation
Block dates on your calendar
Trigger automated messages and tasks
Follow your configured policies and payment terms
Direct reservations follow the same workflows, messaging rules, and automations as OTA bookings.
Actions You Can Take
You can manage Direct reservations using standard tools:
Accept or reject booking requests (if Instant Book is off)
Alter reservation details (dates, guest info, etc.)
Cancel a reservation
Send messages to the guest
Review payment status

Editing Guest Details
Some guest details, such as email addresses, may not always be editable after a booking is created.
Changes to guest information may be limited depending on the booking status and payment processing.
