Simply connect your Hospitable account, choose a property, and ListingIQ scores your title and description, analyzes every photo and recommends the best hero image and gallery order, identifies missing amenities based on competing properties, and surfaces relevant SEO keywords. You’ll also receive rewritten listing copy and a prioritized action plan highlighting the improvements expected to have the greatest impact on bookings. Reports are available immediately and can be exported as a PDF or emailed, making it easy to review and implement ListingIQ’s recommendations across your portfolio.
Initiate the connection on ListingIQ
Click Connect Hospitable.
Log in to your Hospitable account and authorize ListingIQ.
ListingIQ uses read-only access and never modifies your data.You’ll be taken to the Hospitable login page (if you aren't already logged in).
Review the permissions, then click Authorize ListingIQ.
You’ll then be redirected back to the ListingIQ dashboard. Your properties will load automatically.
Select a property and choose your plan:
Quick Score ($29) — Title, description, amenities, SEO keywords, and prioritized action plan.
Full Audit ($49) — Everything in Quick Score, plus AI photo analysis and gallery reordering.
Complete payment.
Your scored optimization report is delivered instantly on screen.
After Your Report
You can:
View your report on screen immediately
Export the report as a PDF or email it for later reference
Re-analyze your listing anytime after making updates
Access previous reports from the History tab
Disconnecting
To disconnect ListingIQ from your Hospitable account, click Disconnect on the ListingIQ Properties page.
