Integrating Hospitable with Hostshare gives short-term rental hosts a new way to get value from nights that would otherwise sit empty. Choose which available nights you want to share while blocking out up to 200 nights per year to protect dates you expect to book with paying guests. In return, you can swap nights with other hosts and stay at their properties while paying only cleaning costs and applicable service fees.
Hostshare integrates directly with Hospitable, so Hostshare stays flow into your calendar and messaging just like other reservations, keeping everything within your existing workflow.
Hospitable hosts receive a three-night bonus when getting started, plus a $300 credit toward Hostshare platform service fees.
Get started on Hostshare
There are two ways to connect to Hospitable.
From the Account settings page
Click on Account.
Click on Integrations.
Click Connect on the Hospitable card.
Click Continue to Hospitable.
You will be directed to the Hospitable login page if you aren't already logged in.
Review the permissions and click Authorize Hostshare.
From the listing page
Click on +New listing.
Click on Connect your property management system (syncs listings, calendar, pricing & bookings — takes about a minute)
Click Connect beside Hospitable.
You will be directed to the Hospitable login page if you aren't already logged in.
Review the permissions and click Authorize Hostshare.
