Offer for Hospitable hosts: the onboarding fee waived and the first month of ongoing bookkeeping free, not combined with other offers.
BookkeepingRE is a bookkeeping service for real estate investors, with short-term rental hosts as a large part of its clients. Its bookkeepers are based in the United States and use AI for repetitive work, so books stay current as transactions come in instead of piling up at month-end.
You invite BookkeepingRE to your Hospitable account with view access. They use your reservations and payouts to match each Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and direct booking payout to the stay behind it, recording rent, cleaning fees, platform fees, and taxes separately. Books are kept in QuickBooks Online with one file per entity and a separate class for each property, so you can see what every listing earned and spent.
Each month, BookkeepingRE publishes reconciled financials (balance sheet, profit and loss, and statement of cash flows), with questions answered within 24 hours on business days. They also handle year-end tasks, including a review call, a package for your tax preparer, and 1099s for your cleaners and contractors. Access is view-only, and BookkeepingRE does not move money or hold logins that can pay bills.
Pricing is a flat monthly fee quoted per client after a Discovery Call. Hospitable hosts get the onboarding fee waived and the first month of ongoing bookkeeping free when they mention Hospitable.
