Connect Hospitable with Radius to Reach Insurance, Corporate, and Midterm Rental Guests

Expand into the 30+ day rental market with a real-time booking platform built for extended stays.

Written by Frances Rebollido

Integrating Hospitable with Radius gives hosts access to a new demand channel focused exclusively on furnished stays of 30 days or more. By syncing your listings, pricing, and availability with Radius in real time, you can accept bookings from insurance housing providers, corporate relocation teams, and direct midterm guests without managing a separate calendar or creating duplicate listings. Guests and companies book directly using your live rates and availability, while built-in rental agreements, booking extensions, and streamlined messaging simplify the entire reservation process.

With fewer turnovers, longer stays, and a marketplace designed specifically for midterm rentals, Radius helps hosts diversify their booking sources and unlock new revenue opportunities alongside their existing short-term channels.

Already using the direct-to-Airbnb integration on Radius (powered by Hospitable Connect)? You can switch to the full Hospitable connection — Radius will ask you to confirm the switch before it does. Connecting Hospitable replaces the Airbnb-only connection.

Your already-imported listings stay; they simply move to syncing through the Hospitable connection.

Initiate the connection on Radius

  1. In your Radius host dashboard, go to Integrations. Find the Hospitable row — described as "Direct PMS sync via Hospitable's Partner API" — and click Connect.

Make sure you're on the Hospitable row, not the separate Airbnb row. The Hospitable row is the one that pulls all of your properties across every channel.

2. You will be redirected to the Hospitable login page if you aren't already logged in.

3. Review the permissions, then click on Authorize Radius.

4. You will be redirected back to Radius and should see a green Connected button beside Hospitable.

5. Back on the Radius Integrations page, click Manage on the Hospitable row to open your Hospitable Properties list. Radius starts pulling your properties automatically right after you connect; if the list is empty, click Refresh from Hospitable to fetch it.

Every property you manage in Hospitable appears here with its name, photo, and channel. Nothing is added to your Radius account yet — this is just the menu you choose which to add. You can click Refresh from Hospitable any time you add a new property in Hospitable.

6. For each property you want on Radius, click Import as Listing. Radius creates a draft listing pre-filled from Hospitable — title, address, capacity, photos, and amenities. You only import the properties you choose; leave the rest unimported and they stay off Radius.

Import is per property, so you're in full control of what goes live. The imported listing starts as a draft — it isn't visible to companies or guests until you finish and publish it.

7. A draft brought in from Hospitable still needs a few Radius-specific details before it can go live. Click Complete Listing on the property to finish it, then publish.
