We keep a log of notifications generated for teammates, as soon as a reservation is created (or altered). You can expect to see notifications that are sent, cancelled, and scheduled for the future (pending).
To view the notification logs:
Go to Operations.
Click on Log on the sidebar.
(Optional) Use the search on the top right to find a specific reservation code.
Each log will show you:
Recipient name (teammate)
Role(s) assigned to the teammate
Reservation code
Date and time sent
Content of the message
Notification rule
