Guest Reviews: Manually Sending Reviews

Can I send automated reviews manually?

You can manually edit and send automated reviews earlier than the timing of your review rules.

You can access the pending reviews by going to pending reviews from the Guest Experience Overview or finding the review within the conversation with the guest.

From the Guest Experience Overview:

  1. Click on Pending reviews.

  2. Click on the guest you would like to review.

  3. Edit the review with any desired changes.

  4. If you'd like to send the review early, click on Send now. If not, click Save to send at the scheduled time.

From the Inbox/Conversation page:

  1. Go to Inbox.

  2. Select the conversation of the guest you want to review.

  3. You will see the review in two places:

    1. In the Activity Log on the left-hand side of the screen.

    2. At the bottom of the conversation page.

  4. Click on the review you would like to manually send.

  5. Edit the review with any desired changes.

  6. If you'd like to send the review early, click on Send now. If not, click Save to send at the scheduled time.
