Booking.com guest reviews are available directly in Hospitable, so you can read and respond to them without leaving your inbox. You can view individual reviews in the conversation thread or see an overview of your reviews in Metrics.
While Booking.com does not allow hosts to review guests, you can reply to guest reviews from within Hospitable. AI-suggested replies are also available to help you respond quickly.
Viewing Reviews in the Inbox
You can find a guest’s review in the conversation thread for their reservation.
Go to Hospitable → Inbox
Open the conversation for the relevant reservation
Scroll to the bottom of the thread
The review will appear at the bottom of the conversation and includes the guest’s score (from 0 to 10), matching how it appears on Booking.com.
Replying to Reviews
An AI-suggested reply will appear alongside the guest’s review.
You can:
Send the reply as-is
Edit the suggested reply before sending
Ignore the suggestion and write your own response
Viewing Reviews in Metrics
You can also view all your Booking.com reviews in your Metrics section.
Go to Metrics
Toggle to the Reviews tab
This view allows you to track and analyze your reviews across platforms.
Booking.com uses a 0–10 scoring system. In Hospitable Metrics, these scores are normalized to a 0–5 scale to align with Airbnb and direct booking reviews.
