We know that circumstances change, so you can choose to cancel your Hospitable subscription at any time.
When you cancel, your subscription will remain ongoing through the end of your billing period. You will not be charged again for any subscription fees. Additionally, please note that actions such as muting, freezing, or unlisting properties will not stop the subscription fee; it is necessary to explicitly cancel the subscription to stop billing.
If you decide to join us again in the future, you can log in and subscribe to a new plan. We'll save your messaging rules and other settings, so you'll be ready to jump in right where you left off! Additionally, after cancellation, your account will be permanently canceled, and features will be inaccessible unless you choose to resubscribe. However, you will still be able to log in to manage your account or resubscribe if desired.
If you're not ready to fully cancel your subscription, you might consider downgrading to a different plan instead, that better suits your current needs. You can read more about our subscription plans here.
How to cancel your subscription:
To cancel you Hospitable subscription:
Click on Settings > Subscription.
Scroll down to the bottom of this page. Click on Cancel.
Click on I understand.
On the following screen, please share your reasoning for cancellation. When you're ready, select Next.
Complete the steps that follow.
Depending on your selection, you may be provided the option to talk to our support team. Selecting this will begin a support chat. It won't automatically cancel your subscription (though our support team will be happy to help you with that, if you'd like). π
Selecting Decline will proceed to automatic cancellation. Your subscription will be scheduled for cancellation once you click on Confirm & Cancel.
What happens to my account when I cancel?
Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, meaning you still have normal access to your Hospitable account until the end of the period you have paid for. At that time, your subscription will end, and you will not be charged again.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your Hospitable account, your messaging rules, task rules, or notification rules. Those will all be available to you if you decide to resubscribe in the future.
At cancellation, most features and pages on Hospitable become inaccessible to you. However, some remain accessible.
Here's what becomes inaccessible to you after cancellation:
Automated messaging and rules.
You will not be able to access the Guest experience page.
Channel management and sync.
Hospitable will not be syncing any listing, calendar, or reservation details to your platforms or between your connected platforms.
Dynamic pricing tools.
Metrics dashboard.
Smart device integrations.
Direct booking functionality.
API access.
App marketplace integrations.
What You Keep:
Account login access.
You can still log into your Hospitable account and restart your subscription at any time.
View existing reservations.
Manual guest messaging from the Inbox.
Basic account management.
Updating your basic account details.
Managing Billing Cycles Without Cancellation
If you wish to adjust your billing cycle, you can contact support to request a modification. A pro-rated payment can be calculated for the interim period, and future payments will follow the newly set billing cycle.
