Sometimes a guest will request a different check-in or check-out time for their reservation. If this is the case, you will want your scheduled messages to be sent based on the new time.
In order for your messaging rules to detect the new check-in/check-out time as agreed with your guest, you must modify the time for this specific reservation within our system.
You can do this from either the conversation in Inbox or the Calendar.
Inbox
Go to Inbox
Open the message thread with the guest
Click on the check-in or check-out time at the top of the lef sidebar. (On mobile this is within a sub-menu accessed by selecting ... at the top right within a guest conversation.)
Adjust the time using the up and down arrows.
Calendar
Go to Calendar
Click on the guest reservation block
Click on the check-in or check-out time in the top right of the sidebar.
Adjust the time using the up and down arrows.
