How do I cancel or delete a scheduled message for one guest?

It is possible to cancel a message that has been automatically generated and scheduled for a specific guest.

To do this:

  1. Go to Inbox.

  2. Open the conversation with the guest.

  3. Look under the Activity section in the left sidebar.

  4. Messages scheduled for a future date are in bold with a clock icon next to them.

  5. Click Edit next to the (pending) scheduled message.

  6. Click Delete.
