Scheduled messages are message automations which are scheduled to send at certain times in relation to the booking-, check-in and -out times of the reservation as well as at certain days and times of the week.

Sending pictures / images
One picture or image can be sent with each type of scheduled message. The file can not be larger than 2 MB.
Note: Sending pictures or images is not supported for VRBO!

Manually messaging guests
Unlike with Event messages, you can safely message your guests manually before the scheduled send time of a Scheduled message. We will not cancel your scheduled messages!
Editing scheduled messages
As soon as a reservation is booked, we create all of the scheduled messages for that guest. You will see these in the Activity log on the conversation thread with that guest.
You can edit the messaging rule at any time. Any change you make is automatically saved.
You can also edit a message that has already been scheduled for a particular guest.

After a new reservation messages
An important caveat to this rule is that it cannot be sent after the check-in time on the reservation!
