Jervis Systems is a guest access and smart home automation platform for short-term rentals, vacation homes, and boutique hotels. It connects with a range of smart devices, including smart locks, lockboxes, garage door openers, thermostats, smart lights, and smart switches. You can then manage them from a single dashboard instead of switching between separate apps.
For each reservation, Jervis Systems delivers PIN codes and access details to guests automatically. That replaces physical keys, lockboxes, and reused codes. Access can be time-limited for guests, cleaning companies, and maintenance personnel, so only the people expected at the property can get in, and only during their scheduled window.
Jervis Systems can also set the temperature before check-in and after check-out. The property is comfortable when guests arrive, and heating or cooling isn’t left running while it sits empty.
Get started on Hospitable:
Go to Apps
Click Jervis Systems
Click Get Started to be redirected to Jervis.systems where you can learn more, sign up or sign in.
Or initiate the connection on Jervis Systems:
Log in to your account at jervis.systems/login
Go to Marketplace > Hospitable
You will then be directed to log into your Hospitable account to link your Jervis Systems account with Hospitable
Upon redirection to Jervis Systems, go to Properties and click Refresh Properties
Go to Devices and click Import Devices to set up your smart locks and devices
Next, assign Devices to imported Hospitable properties
Go to Reservations to confirm the PIN code in the SET PIN field for upcoming reservations
Messaging shortcode
Jervis Systems populates the %jervis_guest_access_url% shortcode with an auto-login to their web app where guests can unlock doors, open/close garage doors, control thermostats, lights, and more.
The URL is unique per reservation, and will have the base domain https://accessmyproperty.com/. The access is only active during their stay.
It is recommended to insert this into your pre-checkin message template.
The %jervis_guest_access_url% shortcode is only available if you are connected to Jervis Systems.
You can also use the %smartlock_code% in your template, which Jervis Systems can populate with the code that they have generated for the smart device.
