At this time, Hospitable does not offer a direct integration with Furnished Finder. Furnished Finder does not have an open API that would allow Hospitable (or other channel managers) to automatically sync listings, calendars, or messages. This means you cannot currently connect the two platforms in the same way you might connect Hospitable with Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com.
iCal Sync
Export iCal
Furnished Finder does not offer an export iCal. This means that Furnished Finder does not have an iCal link that could be imported into Hospitable in order for us to import reservations from them.
This means there is currently no way to communicate reservations out of Furnished Finder into Hospitable.
Import iCal
Furnished Finder only allows iCal imports from Airbnb and Vrbo.
This means you cannot take the Hospitable iCal and import it into Furnished Finder. You will need to grab your Airbnb and Vrbo iCal links and import those into your Furnished Finder calendar.
If you use other platforms, such as Booking.com, Agoda, or Hospitable Direct/Manual bookings, and you want those to automatically block your Furnished Finder calendar, then you will need to get around this by importing the iCals from those platforms into your Vrbo calendar, and then import the Vrbo iCal into Furnished Finder.
This cannot be done with Airbnb, if you are using Hospitable, as Airbnb does not allow iCal imports into their calendar when you use a property management software like Hospitable.
If you do not use Vrbo, then you will need to manually create the blocks in your Furnished Finder calendar for reservations booked on platforms other than Airbnb.
This is a one-way sync!
Please note that this iCal import method into Furnished Finder is a one-way sync!
This means that Furnished Finder will pull in calendar blocks from the imported Airbnb and Vrbo iCals, but it will not push out information to those platforms!
There is currently no way to automatically block dates on other platforms when a reservation is booked on Furnished Finder.
Instead, you will need to create manual bookings on Hospitable to represent those Furnished Finder bookings.
Creating manual bookings on Hospitable for Furnished Finder stays
When you get a booking on Furnished Finder, you can recreate that booking on your Hospitable calendar. You can read more about how to do that, here.
If you have the guest's email address, and you add that to the manual booking on Hospitable, then Hospitable can send your automated messages to the guest via email.
This will also ensure that Hospitable blocks the calendars of your other booking platforms that you have connected to your Hospitable account and merged together on the same property.
