Porter Hospitality is an elegant wooden device that guests simply tap with their phone or scan to be instantly connected. You can also allow guests to be pre-connected before arrival.
The integration syncs your properties and reservations to the app, allowing it to collect the information needed to customize the experience for your guests.

Get started on Hospitable
Go to Apps.
Click on Porter Hospitality.
Click on Get Started.
You will be redirected to the Porter Hospitality site to complete the connection.
Or initiate the connection from Porter Hospitality
Navigate to your Porter Dashboard.
Select Account from the main menu.
Click on Integrations.
Under the Property Management section, click the Add button. A new integration entry will appear.
Open the newly created integration.
Click Connect with Hospitable.
Sign in with your Hospitable account credentials when prompted.
Configure Location Creation
โ ๏ธ Important: Before performing the initial sync, decide how you want to handle Locations:
- If you haven't created Locations yet: Leave "Create Locations for each property" turned on.
- If you already have Locations set up: Turn off "Create Locations for each property".Click Perform initial sync to import your property data. Wait for the sync to complete.
Link Existing Locations (If Applicable).
If you turned off automatic Location creation because you already have Locations:Navigate to each Location's Info section.
At the top of the page, find the Integrations section.
Select the corresponding Hospitable property from the dropdown menu.
Repeat for all Locations.
