If you encounter this error when publishing your new Booking.com listing on Hospitable, then it means your property has fewer than three photos, or that the photos could not be sent to Booking.com.

Please make sure that your property has more than three photos on Hospitable.

You will find this if you go to:

  • Hospitable

  • Properties

  • Select your property

  • Go to the "Details" page on the left-hand side panel

At the top of the "Details" page, you should see all of the photos for the property.

If you see fewer photos there than you have on Airbnb, then it could be that the sync from Airbnb hit a snag.

Resync images from Airbnb

To resync the listing data, and pull in your images from Airbnb, click the "Resync" button at the top of the page.

If this does not pull in the images in the next five minutes, then please contact support for help with syncing your photos over from Airbnb.

Manually add images

If you don't have more images on Airbnb (for example, if your Airbnb listing is unlisted), then you can add images directly to the "Details" page on Hospitable.

To do this:

  • Click the "Edit" button next to your images

  • Click on the "+" symbol

  • Select the images to upload from your device

  • Click on "Open"

  • Click on the "Done" on the bottom right, under the images

There are already enough photos

If there are more than three photos on the "Details" page already, but you still receive the error message when attempting to publish your listing, then please contact support for assistance with pushing those to Booking.com.
