You can see the reviews your Booking.com guests have left you in the conversation thread in the inbox, as well as in your Metrics reports!
While hosts still cannot review their guests directly on Booking.com, you can reply to reviews from guests directly from Hospitable, and our system makes that even simpler with AI-suggested review replies!
1. View Booking.com Reviews in the Conversation thread
You will find the guest's review of their stay at your property on the conversation thread within the guest's conversation thread in your Hospitable inbox. This is at the bottom of the thread, which the thread will default to when you open it.
The review has a score of between 0-10 stars, just like it does on Booking.com.
Review Replies
An AI-suggested reply to the review will also appear, which you can choose to send as-is, alter and send, or ignore.
2. Metrics
You will find your Booking.com guest reviews by going to Metrics > toggle to Reviews.
In order to align with Airbnb and Direct reviews, Booking.com's 0-10 star reviews are normalized to a score of 0-5 stars.
