While hosts still cannot review their guests directly on Booking.com, you can reply to their review from the Hospitable.
We will even make that easier for you with the AI-suggested review reply!
Conversation thread and review replies
You will find the guest's review of their stay at your property on the conversation thread with the guest in your Hospitable inbox. This is at the bottom of the thread, which the thread will default to when you open it.
The review has a score of between 0-10 stars, just like it does on Booking.com.
There will be an AI-suggested reply to the review, which you can choose to send as is, alter and send, or ignore.
