When replacing a broken lock, you can keep your existing access codes active by following these instructions.

How to Replace an Old or Broken Lock

Your existing codes will only carry over to the new lock only if it's added before the old one is removed. If you remove the old lock first, all codes will be deleted and new, random ones will be generated.

Step 1: Connect the new lock

Connect the new lock to your Hospitable account and match it to your property. Wait approximately 10 minutes for onboarding to finish.

You should see the new lock in the Devices Dashboard.

Step 2: Remove the old lock

You can then unmatch the old lock from the Devices Dashboard by clicking on the lock > Edit > Deselect the lock > Save.

Once completed, only your new lock will be matched to the property, and the codes will remain the same.
