What is the Marketplace Balance?
The Marketplace Balance is a prepaid account you use to fund your automated cleaning tasks. Instead of charging you after each clean, you add money upfront. Each completed task deducts the cost directly from this balance.
Why Do I Need It?
Cleanings will not be completed if you don't have funds available.
Keeping your balance funded ensures cleaners are paid reliably.
It also gives you a clear view of what you’re spending on operations.
How to Add Funds
Go to your Settings -> Marketplace.
Find the Prepaid Balance section.
Select Add funds.
Top up your account — for example, $500 at a time.
Each clean deducts automatically from this balance.
As we move forward, we'll continue building more features in partnership with our vendors. Keep your marketplace balance funded so you can easily pay for services, and we'll pay our partners.
Please note that funds are added via ACH bank transfer and take 2 days to appear in your marketplace balance.
