Integrate Hospitable with HelloHost to fully automate your guest communication, save hours every week, and provide 24/7 coverage. Setup with a quick onboarding call.

Get started on Hospitable

  1. Go to Apps.

  2. Click on HelloHost AI.

  3. Click on Get Started, which will then redirect you to their onboarding page.

1. Book an Onboarding Call

Start by scheduling a 30-minute onboarding session with the HelloHost team.

We’ll guide you through the setup process, confirm your preferences, and ensure everything is tuned for your operations — from tone of voice to escalation logic.

⚠️ This step is essential to ensure notifications and coverage are configured correctly.

2. Connect Your Hospitable Account

Once your onboarding call begins, you’ll be prompted to connect HelloHost with Hospitable.

  1. In your HelloHost dashboard, click “Connect PMS” or “Add Integration.”

  2. Select Hospitable from the list of available PMS integrations.

  3. You’ll be automatically redirected to the Hospitable login page.

  4. Log in using your Hospitable credentials.

  5. When prompted, click “Authorize” to allow HelloHost access to your account.

  6. After authorization, you’ll be redirected back to HelloHost - no manual setup required.

3. Choose Which Properties to Import

Once connected, HelloHost will automatically load all your Hospitable properties. You’ll then be able to:

  • Select which listings to import

  • Add FAQs to listings

  • Wait for go-live date

You can import additional properties or disable AI for any listing at any time.

4. Go Live

Once properties are connected, we’ll schedule your go-live date - the moment your AI Autopilot begins managing guest communication directly within your Hospitable inbox. It is typically within 1-2 business days.

From there, HelloHost will:

  • Respond to guests automatically within your preferred response time

  • Escalate complex messages to you via WhatsApp, SMS or Slack notifications

  • Operate 24/7, including weekends and holidays

  • Maintain your brand’s tone and style across all messages
