Hospitable Workshops are free, live sessions run by our Customer Onboarding team. They walk you through setting up your account, connecting your channels, automating guest communication, and getting help when you need it; all with time for Q&A.
This article explains what to expect from the Getting Started with Hospitable workshop, who it's for, and how to register.
Who this workshop is for
The Getting Started workshop is designed for hosts who are:
New to Hospitable and setting up their account for the first time
On a free trial and want a guided walkthrough of the initial setup
Returning after a break and want a refresher on the fundamentals
Workshops are for learning and setup guidance, not for support or technical troubleshooting. If you need help with a specific issue on your account, please reach out to Support instead.

How to register
Choose the time slot and click Register
Enter your name and email address
You'll receive a confirmation email with the meeting link and calendar invite
All workshops are free and open to any Hospitable host or trial user. There's no limit on how many you can attend.
How to join on the day
Open the meeting link from your confirmation email
You'll join as a listener (there's no camera or microphone). You watch and listen while the host presents
Use the chat to ask questions at any point, and the host will answer live or during Q&A
Before the workshop
To get the most out of the session:
Log in to your Hospitable account so you can follow along
Have your channel logins ready (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) if you plan to connect them during the session
Note down 2–3 specific questions or areas where you're stuck
If you can't attend live
Workshops are recorded. If you register but can't make it, you'll receive a recording link by email after the session.
