Aquamind is a pool, spa, and circuit automation platform built for vacation rentals. It brings Pentair, Jandy iAquaLink, and Hayward systems into a single interface for property managers and guests. Each property can be set up separately, with its own temperatures, operating hours, spa timers, heating rules, and approved circuits such as lights, waterfalls, jets, blowers, misters, and fire features.
With the Hospitable integration, Aquamind uses your listing and reservation data to run equipment around each stay. Pools can be preheated before arrival, approved controls are enabled during the stay, and heating or other equipment is shut down at checkout. Aquamind also creates a reservation-specific guest-control link that you can add to your Hospitable guest messages, so guests can use only the controls approved for their stay, with no app download or equipment login needed.
Aquamind also lets you keep pool heat locked until payment is received, set temperature limits, schedules, timers, and automatic shutoffs, and apply separate access rules for owner stays. For your team, it offers reservation-level activity, equipment status, and customized alerts across your portfolio.
Initiate the connection on Aquamind
Sign up or login to your Aquamind account.
Go to Settings.
Scroll down. Under Reservation source, select Hospitable as 'Your system'.
Click on Connect with Hospitable.
You will be brought to the Hospitable login page (if you aren't already logged in).
Review the permissions and click on Authorize Aquamind.
You will be redirected back to your Aquamind account. There should be a green banner at the top that says "Hospitable connected - open Settings to add your homes".
Go back to Settings.
Scroll down. Under Homes from Hospitable, click on Add homes from Hospitable.
Click Add selected.
You should now see the selection in Properties.
