Are new listings automatically imported from my connected Airbnb and Vrbo accounts?
Our system automatically re-syncs your connected Airbnb and Vrbo channels on the "Hospitable > Connected accounts" page every 2 hours.
This sync ensures that listings stay current on our interface (for example, with pictures and listing details). During this sync, we will detect new listings on your connected account and pull them into Hospitable.
If you make any changes to your listings on Airbnb or Vrbo (such as listing or unlisting a listing, adding a new listing, deleting a listing, or changing the regular check-in/out time), these changes will be reflected on your Connected accounts and Properties pages after the next two-hourly sync.
Note: Vrbo may sometimes be delayed in publishing new listing details on their public API, leading to a greater delay than the 2-hourly sync. This is outside of Hospitable's control. Hospitable will pull in whatever information is available on Vrbo's public API at the time of the 2-hourly sync.
Can I speed up this sync?
On occasion, you may need to see these changes sooner than the two hours. You can speed things up by resyncing your connected channel.
To re-sync your connected channel, go to:
Hospitable > Connected accounts
Click on the Edit button next to your Vrbo channel
Click Re-sync
This will automatically trigger an operation that will be performed in the background and may take a few minutes. If you have added a new listing, you can find this directly on Properties (with a green background to showcase this new property).
Note: This re-sync action does not sync or push calendar information from or to your Vrbo calendar!
Will new Booking.com listings get pulled into Hospitable automatically?
No, new Booking.com listings are not pulled into Hospitable automatically. Booking.com connects on a listing level, not an account level, unlike Airbnb and Vrbo channels. If you are looking to add more listings from an already connected Booking.com account, you'll need to repeat the process to connect to Booking.com on the Connected Accounts page.
