Review templates can be created in several languages, which can be useful if you regularly host guests speaking different languages. This helps your reviews be more relatable and personal.
The language of the review will be determined by the language used in the conversation with your guests. If you do not have a review template set up in this language, the fallback language is chosen as the preferred language of the review.
You can also include short codes in your templates, which will also be translated accordingly.
Custom codes can also be included in your review template, but these are not automatically translated, meaning you would have to create a custom code for each language you want to submit reviews in.
