If you include the %answers% short code within your templates, we will be able to include your answers to questions detected by Hospitable.com. We will include the replies exactly where the short code %answers% is located, and replies to as many questions as were detected by Hospitable.com, in the same orders they were detected. This is also the reason why you should not include greetings or salutations within your rules replying to guests questions.

If your rules (in new inquiries, new requests to book, and new reservations) do not include the %answers%, answers to questions detected by Hospitable.com will not be populated in your replies, and we will not prepare any reply to questions.
