When you subscribe to Hospitable, you’re asked to add billing details such as your billing address and tax information. You can update most of these details at any time from your account settings.

What you can update yourself

You can update your billing address, company name, and tax details directly in Hospitable. These changes apply to future invoices only.

How to update your billing details

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Subscription.

  3. Click Billing details.

A screenshot of the Subscription settings in Hospitable, with the Billing details option highlighted
  4. Choose the appropriate billing type:

    • Select Business if you’re billing as a company.

      • Hosts located in the European Union with a valid EU VAT number must select Business. Hospitable verifies VAT numbers using the EU VIES service.

      • Choosing Business allows you to update:

        • Company name

        • Tax ID or VAT

        • Billing address

    • Select Personal if you’re billing as an individual, which allows you to update:

      • Billing address

  5. Once changes are complete, press Save changes.

Note: Updating your billing address to a different country does not automatically change your billing currency. If your billing currency does not match your billing country, you’ll need to contact support to request a currency change.

Important billing notes

  • Changes you make are applied only to future invoices.

  • Previously issued invoices are not updated automatically.
