If you have a sensitive conversation with a guest which you need to be able to get back to quickly, or perhaps a high value booking - you can star the conversation to help you revisit it quickly in the future.
Star a conversation
Open the conversation in the Inbox .
Click on the 'Star' icon next to the guests name, the conversation is now starred.
Unstar a conversation
Open the conversation in the Inbox.
Click on the 'Star' icon next to the guests name on a starred conversation, this will unstar the conversation.
Viewing starred conversations
Navigate to the Inbox.
On the left panel, click on 'Starred' to view the Starred conversations segment.
You will see a list of all Starred conversations.
