All of your reporting features can be found on the metrics tab by clicking here. The Reservations & Financials export is one of the reports available to you here.
The reservations export has the full guest and financial details for every confirmed booking for Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and manual reservations, including base rates, taxes, fees, subtotals, deposits, payouts, subtotals, and total price for the guest.
All exports can be restricted to include the data for specific properties, hosts, or other key filters, and are downloaded as an easily edited excel file (.csv). You can then upload this file into most accounting software, such as Quickbooks.
