Property details content
Our Direct sites use the content from the property details pages of each property. You can add content manually, or if you have a connected Airbnb listing, we will import and update your content from Airbnb. Once you edit a property detail on Hospitable we stop syncing that item with Airbnb so you can have content unique to your Direct site. If there is no connected Airbnb listing to the property, the details, including photos requires to be manually added. To edit and add to your content:
Select Properties from the Hospitable left sidebar menu
Click on the property you wish to edit
Select the Details page in the sub-menu
The minimum requirements are that of GVR:
A summary of the property
At least one amenity
Minimum 8 high-resolution photos (recommended 20+)
Must include at least one photo of living room, common area, and bathroom
Recommended resolution: 1920 x 1080 px
Maximum height and width: 4000 px
Maximum size: 10 MB
File format: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP
Orientation: Landscape
No watermark or branding should be in the images
The image order is auto-generated and cannot be changed
Property page sections are not removable and will still show without content so it is recommended to add details to each section to avoid a blank area on the page.

Can I edit or manage my Direct site photos on Hospitable?
At the moment, hosts are not able to edit the images that Hospitable pulls in from Airbnb.
This means hosts cannot:
Edit the order of how they are presented on the Direct site.
Remove photos from the property.
Add photos to the property.
This was previously available on Hospitable but has temporarily been disabled due to some ongoing work in the background.
This is expected to be available again in the very near future.
