The Property “Details” page gives hosts a complete overview of each property’s core information, including name, address, space, description, house rules, amenities, and location.
How to navigate to the Details page
To navigate to the “Details” page, go to:
Hospitable > Properties
Select your property.
Click on the “Details” page on the left-hand side menu.
This will land you on the “Essentials” page.
What sections can I find on the Property Details page?
To simplify property management, the “Details” page is split into five sections:
The Essentials sub-page
The Essentials page section is where you find basic property or listing descriptions and details, such as:
Photos: Add, edit, and remove photos for your Airbnb, Booking.com, and Direct listings.
Property name: Set the property name you want your guests to see. This is pushed to Airbnb and Direct listings. Currently, we cannot push this to Booking.com or Vrbo. This can be set as the same name for all listings on the property, or you can customise it by booking platform.
Summary: The property description your guests see. This can only be pushed to Airbnb and Direct. This is editable by channel.
Other details to note: Additional information guests should know before booking. This can only be pushed to Airbnb and Direct. This is editable by channel.
🚨 There is an exception with Booking.com, which is that Hospitable cannot push text fields to Booking.com, such as “Summary” or “Other details to note”.
Booking.com automatically generates property descriptions based on the listing details.
Please contact Booking.com support to request any edits to these.
Tags: Tags are only used internally on Hospitable and are not pushed out to external platforms.
You can read more about tags here.
Languages: These are the languages you have set on your Airbnb listing. This is currently not editable on Hospitable.
