My Business is available for all Mogul plan subscribers.

A Business represents a collection of properties that are operated under the same business model. Businesses allow for a customized experience within Hospitable's Operations module, depending on the business model.

πŸ“£ Accounting configurations are associated with Businesses. It's recommended that you have one business banking account that receives all platform's reservation payouts for all properties under the same business model. If you use separate bank accounts for every property, you'll want to create a Business for each property. Learn more about Connecting your accounting software with Hospitable.

Add a new Business:

  • Go to Operations > My business > Businesses > and click + Add Business.

  • Give your Business a name. This is an internal name, and does not need to align with your legal business entity, but it can.

  • Select the business model that best describes the way you operate.

    • Select Owner if you own and manage your own properties.

    • Select Manager if you manage or co-host on behalf of other owners.

    • Select Arbitrate if you rent properties from others to sublet.

  • Select the properties that you'd like to associate with the business, and click Save.
